Privacy Policy
How SKS Hospital collects, uses and protects information you share through this website.
This policy applies to SKS Hospital, Medical College & Research Centre (“SKS Hospital”, “we”, “us”) and the website skshospitals.com. It covers browsing, appointment forms, calls and messages.
Who we are
SKS Hospital is a multi-speciality hospital at NH-19 (old NH-2), 21st Mile Stone, Village Chaumuhan, Tehsil Chhata, Mathura – 281406, Uttar Pradesh. For privacy questions write to hospital@skshospitals.com or call +91 86799 11029.
Information we collect
You may give us:
- Name, mobile number, email, age, gender, preferred date and department
- A short description of your health concern, if you type one on a form
- Insurance, TPA or Ayushman details if you share them for cashless queries
- Messages sent on WhatsApp or by email
We may also collect, automatically:
- Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address
- Cookies and similar files used to run the site
- Advertising and campaign tags (such as GCLID and UTM) when you arrive from an ad or search listing
We do not ask you to upload full medical records on this website. Anything you type in a form is only to help us call you back and route your request.
How we use it
- To confirm appointments, call you back and answer enquiries
- To connect you with the right department, insurance desk or emergency team
- To send a confirmation or follow-up related to a request you submitted
- To keep the website working, measure visits and improve pages
- To understand which ads or campaigns brought you to the site, where those tags are present
- To meet legal, clinical-record and hospital-registration duties where they apply
We do not sell your personal information.
Consent
Appointment and contact forms ask you to agree to be contacted by SKS Hospital about your request. You can refuse cookies in your browser. You may also ask us to stop using a phone number or email for appointment follow-ups by writing to hospital@skshospitals.com.
Cookies, analytics and ads
The site uses cookies for basic functions (for example keeping a page working). We also use Google Tag Manager and related measurement tools so we can see which pages are used and, where ads are running, whether a visit came from a campaign. These tools may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may then work less well.
Who we share it with
Information is shared only as needed:
- Hospital staff who handle appointments, billing, insurance or clinical care
- Insurers, TPAs or government scheme desks when you ask for cashless or reimbursement help, and you have given the required cards and consent
- Service providers who host the website, email or forms, under a duty to keep data secure
- Authorities when Indian law requires it
Health details you give on a form are treated as confidential hospital information and are not posted publicly.
Storage and security
Forms and messages are stored on our systems and those of our hosting and form providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them. No website can guarantee complete security; please do not send passwords, OTP codes or full card numbers through the appointment form.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests and enquiry copies are kept as long as needed to complete your request and for hospital record, billing or legal requirements. Analytics data is kept in aggregate where possible. You can ask us to delete a website enquiry that is no longer needed; clinical records created after you visit the hospital follow hospital and legal retention rules, not this website policy alone.
Your rights
Subject to Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies), you may ask us to:
- Confirm what website information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate contact details
- Delete an enquiry or form submission that is no longer required
- Withdraw consent for appointment follow-up on a number or email you gave us
Send the request from the same email or mobile where possible, to hospital@skshospitals.com. We may need to verify it is you before we act. This does not affect records of care already created in the hospital.
Children
Parents or guardians should submit appointment requests for children. We do not knowingly use this website to profile children for advertising.
Other websites
Links to maps, WhatsApp, social media, SKS Medical College or other group sites have their own policies. This policy covers only the SKS Hospital website.
Changes
We may update this page when our forms, tools or the law change. The date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you have read the updated policy.
